38000 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read the 38000 platform's terms and conditions carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using the platform, you agree to all terms set out below.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete the verification process may result in account suspension or termination.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 38000 platform are required to comply with all stipulated rules and are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. The following are strictly prohibited:

All withdrawal requests are subject to rollover requirements tied to any bonuses received. The platform is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites that may be linked from this platform. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
38000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Detection of fraudulent activity, including the use of false identity information or unauthorised payment methods.
- Violation of any terms or conditions set out in this document.
- Failure to complete the required identity verification process within the specified timeframe.
- Systematic abuse of the promotion or bonus system.
- Self-suspension requests for Responsible Gaming reasons.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that no fraud has occurred, the valid balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 38000 customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
All content on the 38000 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or the relevant licence holders. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
38000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the designated dispute resolution process, including arbitration or amicable settlement before any formal legal action is taken.
